We’re sure you’re going to love being a member of Climate Pets. However, if for any reason you wish to stop being a member of Climate Pets, you can cancel your membership at any time.

New Members (January 2023 onwards)

If you aren’t satisfied with your membership, or if you signed up by mistake, you can cancel your donation via your Donorbox account, or be requesting a cancellation to us directly at hello@climatepest.com.

Old Members (2022)

If you signed up before 2023, to cancel your subscription, follow these steps on a computer:

  1. Open your My Account page
  2. Log-in with your account details
  3. Click on ‘My Subscription’ on the left-hand panel
  4. Select ‘cancel’

To request a refund

To request a refund, please first cancel your existing subscription. This will ensure you are not billed for the following month. Then, send us an email on membership@climatepets.com from the email address associated with your Climate Pets account. We are only able to refund you for the current month’s subscription and cannot refund previous months retrospectively.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of a subscription payment. After 30 days we’re not able to issue a subscription.

Please note that it can take up to seven days for a refund to return to your account. If it’s been longer than seven days, contact us at membership@climatepets.com about the problem.
